Legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus designed the 18-hole championship golf course and made frequent on-site visits to supervise construction. Jack has become the premier golf course designer in the world today. He currently has over 100 courses completed around the world. Some of his more famous creations are the Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio; Castle Pines Golf Club in Castle Rock, Colorado; Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando, Florida; Shoal Creek in Birmingham, Alabama; Desert Highland in Scottsdale, Arizona; and Country Club of the South, in Atlanta, Georgia.

Currently, Jack has six courses ranked highly on Golf Digest's prestigious list of "Top 100 Golf Courses in the United States", and four courses on Golf magazine's list of "Greatest Golf Courses in the World".
