he heart of Bearpath is a luxurious 48,000 square foot Clubhouse and recreational complex. The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf course with its five sets of tees will challenge the finest of golfers and yet provide an enjoyable layout for all levels of play. The course takes a scenic tour of the property, meandering through mature oaks, past beautiful lakes, ponds and marshes. Personally designed by the greatest golfer ever to play the game, Bearpath is truly an exceptional golf experience.
The enjoyable array of fine and casual dining options consists of an intimate formal dining room for groups of up to thirty people, an adult grille for large groups and a family dining area that seats over 100 people. For social or business gatherings, members may reserve the Nicklaus Board Room, the classic but casual Bear's Den or our banquet facility, the Signature Ballroom.

Golf Memberships
Golf membership will entitle the member to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, social, dining and other facilities of the Club. Golf Members will not pay greens fees or court fees for the use of golf and tennis facilities, but will be required to pay golf cart rental fees and locker rental fees.
The Mill River program in the golf Pro Shop allows members to purchase merchandise at 17% over cost. This program requires a yearly, mandatory fee. To ensure that you, the member, receive the greatest benefit of this program, all merchandise must be charged to a member account.
Driving Range Fee: The Driving Range fee entitles members and their guests to unlimited golf balls at the practice facility.
Golf Instruction: Private lessons are available with hourly rates.
Practice Facilities: Large driving range; putting green, chipping area.
