Bearpath prides itself in our ability to host an array of events from birthday celebrations, bridal or baby showers, grooms' dinners, charity events, or sports banquets from 10 people to 300 people we have you covered. We invite you to meet with us personally to customize your memorable event at Bearpath Golf and Country Club.

Corporate Meetings

Host your meeting within the prestigious gates of Bearpath Golf and Country Club. We would love to work with you in creating a meeting package designed to meet your requirements. Bearpath offers complimentary wireless internet access. Podiums, microphones, LCD projectors, screens, Smart TV, and other AV equipment are available.

Golf Events


At the heart of Bearpath is our Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole championship golf course. The course, one of the finest in the country, features a variety of tees and greens, challenging bunkers and lakes, dramatic elevation changes and spectacular water vistas. This setting provides the perfect atmosphere for corporate or charity golf tournament.


Event Spaces

  • Signature Ballroom

    • The Signature Ballroom is surrounded by beautiful garden patios and offers striking views of the golf course. This room is perfect for your sit down dinner for up to 300 people or a cocktail party up to 400 people. The Ballroom can be divided into three smaller rooms to accommodate more intimate groups or used for breakout sessions during corporate meetings. Our garden patios can easily be tented to comfortably accommodate much larger groups.

  • Fireside Room

    • The Fireside Room features a cozy fireplace and rich décor, perfect for grooms' dinners, business lunches or family gatherings up to 30 people. For corporate meetings these tables can be arranged in a square or U-shape for presentations, or, theater style seating.

  • Living Room

    • Our living room is a great pre-function room for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, opening up to an outside deck overlooking the picturesque 9th hole.

  • Nicklaus Boardroom

    • The Nicklaus Boardroom is an intimate space to host your business meeting or dinner for up to 12 people.
